CBCRT Business, Law, & Technology Conference
The CBCRT’s inaugural conference will bring together young intellectuals and professionals from China, Europe, Australia, and the U.S. to engage in interdisciplinary and bilingual dialogue on business, law, technology, and society. The majority of the panelists have U.S. law degrees, but their career paths are diverse. The setting will be the Venetian Ballroom in Macao, which will be ideal due to its unique historical blend of East and West cultures. Meanwhile, the event will take place just four days before the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting in nearby Shenzhen. Attendees will be able to network with panelists and also learn from their experiences in disparate industries, positions, and regions.
Free registration of up to 50 guests, with a waitlist. Simultaneous AI translation will be provided and displayed during panel discussions and speeches. Free drinks and Portuguese egg tarts on site. Confirmed list of panelists will be released in the weeks before the event; tentative list is below. Transportation
Please feel free to take the free and convenient Venetian Macao shuttle from the locations listed below to the Venetian Hotel West Lobby, then follow the arrows as shown to the Venetian Ballroom 2601 (Naples). Shenzhen guests are advised to take the ferry from Shekou Port to the Taipa Ferry Terminal, while Hong Kong guests are advised to take the ferry to Taipai Ferry Terminal. Please note: there is currently no shuttle service to the Venetian from the Outer Harbor Ferry Terminal (外港码头). Taxis are also available: please tell them to drive you to the Venetian Hotel Main Lobby. There are also ride-hailing services that operate in Macau, namely Uber Taxi and Gaode (Amap); please select “Venetian Hotel West Lobby” for the destination.
