CBCRT Inaugural Conference Law, Business, and Technology

As U.S.-China relations continue to be defined by competition and rivalry, the Center for Balanced China Relations and Trade (CBCRT)’s inaugural conference will bring together young intellectuals and professionals from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the United States to engage in interdisciplinary, bilingual, and cross-cultural dialogue on business, law, technology, and society. The setting will be the Venetian Ballroom in Macao SAR, an ideal blend of East and West.
Free registration, up to 50 registrants permitted, with a waitlist if necessary. Drinks and snacks on site. Dinner with the panelists will follow the conference hosted by the CBCRT. Full list of panelists will be released in the weeks before the event. Limited quantity of Shenzhen/HK ferry tickets available for reimbursement. Centering
The Center for Balanced China Relations and Trade (CBCRT) was established by Justin Ko (高俊伟), a JD graduate of Harvard Law School, a PhD in Comparative Law scholar at the University of Macau, and a former research fellow at the Bauhinia Foundation Research Centre think tank in Hong Kong. The purpose of the CBCRT is to disseminate scholarly research on competition, comparison, and cooperation involving China for foreign countries that wish to positively balance their trade and political relations with China. The CBRCT also aspires to facilitate dialogue between Chinese and foreign educated intellectuals by organizing conferences and fostering cross-cultural understanding throughout the Greater Bay Area.
